Building exterior painting costs vary significantly depending on the building’s height, facade area, access requirements, surface condition and the coating system specified. Low-rise commercial buildings may start from $15,000, while larger mid-rise and high-rise projects are scoped individually based on detailed on-site assessment. We provide itemised written quotes after a free inspection — with no obligation and in a format suitable for board or committee review.
We select the access method best suited to each building’s configuration and site constraints. This may include tube-and-fitting or system scaffolding, truck-mounted or self-propelled elevated work platforms, or industrial rope access for buildings where scaffolding is not practical. All access systems are installed and operated in full compliance with Australian Standards and relevant WorkSafe NSW requirements.
We develop a detailed staging plan prior to mobilisation that sequences work to maintain safe access to all building entries, car parks and tenancies throughout the project. Occupant and resident notices are prepared and distributed before work begins in each area. Our project manager maintains regular communication with the building manager and is the single point of contact for any on-site concerns raised by occupants or tenants.
Project duration depends on the facade area, the extent of preparation required and the access methodology used. A four to six storey building typically takes two to four weeks. Larger buildings are scoped individually. We provide a detailed programme showing staging milestones and an estimated completion date before work begins, so building managers and occupants know exactly what to expect and when.
